Here's the online source for tea party plans

"Just today, frustrated citizens in more than 30 cities across the country gathered in a national 'tea party' protest to denounce the trillions of dollars in taxpayer money the federal government is doling out in the name of financial bailouts and economic 'stimulus.'
Carrying signs with feisty slogans like 'Honk if you want to pay my mortgage' and 'Obamanomics: Chains we can believe in,' Americans from San Diego to Boston, and many place in between, gathered in parks and on capitol building steps to voice their displeasure." Visit:

FOXNews.com - Obamas 'Extreme Team' On Energy - Opinion

"One of them wanted to see Americans paying $8 a gallon for gasoline. Another tried to block access to domestic oil reserves that could one day exceed those in Saudi Arabia. Another thinks global warming is a dire crisis justifying a massive crackdown on energy -- decades after saying the same thing about global cooling. Yet another had a position in the one of the world’s top socialist organizations.
Meet the Obama administration’s energy team." Visit:

Scranton Bishops Irish Catholic Organizations Should Not Honor Pro-Abortion Officials - Scranton: The Times-Tribune

"In a letter to the heads of three local Irish-American organizations, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Scranton has threatened to close St. Peter’s Cathedral during St. Patrick’s Day celebrations if the groups feature elected officials who support abortion rights at their annual events.

The letter, which was signed by Auxiliary Bishop John M. Dougherty, reports that Bishop Joseph F. Martino is “determined to prevent scandal,” which would be caused if the organizations “in any way” should “honor pro-abortion officials” by giving them parade or dais positions or opportunities to speak and “the Catholic Church is seen to be involved in this honoring.”" Visit:

KCFL - A Life Saved by Pro-Life Sidewalk Counselor

Pay close attention to this story. It is a perfect example of the importance of standing vigil in front of the abortion clinics and Planned Parenthoods of our nation. (This begins on Ash Wednesday)
A mixed racial couple were headed for an abortion appointment at George Tiller's abortion facility. This is an excerpt from the story:

"The man had asked; 'Why is God punishing me so much?'

Jennifer (the pro-life sidewalk counselor) retorted; 'A child is never a punishment! A child is ALWAYS a gift from God!

Jennifer went on: 'It takes three persons to make a baby: a man, a woman, and God. If any one of those three is not present, then their will not be a new life.

Jennifer said: 'Look at Barack Obama, for example. His mom is white, - from here in Kansas, - and his father is black. His father did not want to have much to do with him, and yet Barack is now the President of the United States! Maybe this child will grow up to be the one who finds the cure for cancer… or some other great thing!'

They had talked for about 20 minutes, and now, Jennifer's example of Barack Obama really seemed to have made a difference.

With tears in everyone's eyes, the man said: 'Okay, I have heard enough! I have made up my mind. We are keeping this baby and I will raise it as my own!'

At that, the woman got out of the car, and crying even more than she was previously, she ran to Jennifer and gave her a big hug and told her 'THANK YOU' several times" For the full story visit: KCFL - Project LPPPA:

James Madison Center Press Release of Feb. 4, 2009
James Madison Center for Free Speech Files Amicus Curiae Brief in Judge Recusal Case

Today, the James Madison Center for Free Speech filed a U.S. Supreme Court amicus curiae brief in support of Massey Coal Company in the case of Caperton v. Massey, 08-22. The case involves the decision of Justice Brent Benjamin of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals not to recuse himself based on the fact that Don Blankenship, the CEO and President of Massey Coal, had spent a significant amount during the 2004 elections against Benjamin’s opponent, then West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Justice Warren McGraw. After Justice Benjamin cast the deciding vote in favor of Massey Coal, Caperton appealed, claiming that the Due Process Clause of the U.S. Constitution required the judge’s recusal.

“Requiring judges to recuse themselves based on campaign spending would have profound and disturbing implications for the U.S. judicial process,” said James Bopp, Jr., counsel for the James Madison Center. “Judicial elections have been a part of the American judicial system since 1789. They’ve always involved private campaign spending, and it’s never been the case that judges had to recuse themselves because a party has donated to their campaign or spent money trying to defeat their opponent.” Bopp stated that efforts to require recusal based on campaign spending were really an attempt to subvert this long history of judicial elections. “If someone wants to manipulate justice, mandatory recusal based on campaign spending makes it easy to do so. All a party has to do is donate to judges they don’t think are favorable to them, and they can ensure that judge will never hear their case. Effectively, this is little more than an attempt to second guess the voters’ decision and undermine the existence of judicial elections.”

The James Madison Center for Free Speech is a nonprofit nonpartisan organization dedicated to supporting litigation and public education activities to defend the First Amendment rights of citizens and citizen groups to free political expression and association. Named for James Madison, the author and principal sponsor of the First Amendment, the Madison Center is guided by Madison’s belief that “the right of free discussion . . . [is] a fundamental principle of the American form of government.”

David Limbaugh

David Limbaugh: "It's going to take real courage the next four years for Republicans to swim against the tide and oppose Barack Obama -- in whom so many have placed their hopes, almost to the point of idolatry. But if Obama governs in a way that's consistent with his promises, the country's future security and prosperity will depend on spirited opposition.

It's bad enough for the liberal media to deify Obama, but it's almost unbearable for right-wing commentators and politicians to jump on this bandwagon, as well, as if Obama's personal attributes have blinded them to the policy dangers he represents."

My Way News - Judges tentatively order Calif. inmates released

A special panel of federal judges has tentatively ruled that California must release tens of thousands of inmates to relieve overcrowding.
The judges say no other solution will improve conditions so poor that inmates die regularly of suicides or lack of proper care.
They say the state can cut the population of its 33 adult prisons through changes in parole and other policies without endangering public safety." Visit

Washington Times - CBO: Obama stimulus harmful over long haul

"President Obama's economic recovery package will actually hurt the economy more in the long run than if he were to do nothing, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday.
CBO, the official scorekeepers for legislation, said the House and Senate bills will help in the short term but result in so much government debt that within a few years they would crowd out private investment, actually leading to a lower Gross Domestic Product over the next 10 years than if the government had done nothing." The Employee Intimidation Act -Grove City CollegeCenter for Vision and Values

The Obama administration will make every effort to pass a key piece of pro-union legislation. The bill has a misleading label: The Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA). In the interest of truth in advertising, the bill should be called, “The Employee Intimidation Act.” Why? Because one of the features of the EFCA, should it become law, would be to do away with traditional secret-ballot elections which are now used to determine whether or not employees in an enterprise want to be represented by a union" Visit:Grove City College - The Center for Vision and Values:
