The House Democrats' bill includes $335 million for sexually transmitted disease education and prevention programs at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

In the past, the CDC has used STD education funding for programs that many Members of Congress find objectionable and arguably unrelated to a mission of economic stimulus [such as funding events called 'Booty Call' and 'Great Sex' put on by an organization that received $698,000 in government funds.]" Visit:

"WASHINGTON (AP) - The $800 billion-plus economic stimulus measure making its way through Congress could steer government checks to illegal immigrants, a top Republican congressional official asserted Thursday.

"Card Check is the nickname for a legislative initiative that would remove from workers the right to a secret ballot when voting on whether or not to form a labor union at their place of employment. Currently, workers cast their ballots in secret. The rub here is that most of them vote against the unions, so the big labor bosses want everyone's vote to be cast in public by checking yes or no on a card and then signing their name. That of course opens the door for a wide range of intimidation and thuggery. Thus, it certainly will result in more shops voting to unionize, reversing a decades-long decline in union membership." College OTR: Tim Tebow's John 3:16 Eye Black Causes an Unholy Controversy

Tim Tebow passed for 231 yards and ran for 109 more as his Florida Gators defeated Oklahoma 24-14 in the college football national title game on January 8. As the game's Most Valuable Player, he thanked his "Savior, Jesus Christ" while the Bible verse "John 3:16" was prominently displayed in white within his eyeblack. Tebow stated, "For me, everyday includes four things, "God, family, academics and football,in that order."

What has this to do with pro-life? Last year when Tebow won the Heisman Trophy, college football's highest honor, LifeSiteNews.com ran a story about his parents Bob and Pam Tebow. Mom Pam was apparently advised to have an abortion as medications she needed to treat amoebic dysentery would result in "irreversable damage" to her unborn child, Tim. 2007 article, "Mother of Heisman Trophy winner, Tim Tebow rejected abortion."
